I'm looking for someone to take over this room by the end of August (move-in date can be earlier if needed).
The flat is located on Jameson Place, along Leith Walk - a really convenient location for tram and bus connections, and a very walkable area. Leith walk is a really fun street with everything you'd need within walking distance (Tesco and Lidl within 10 min walk, lots of local supermarkets, a Boots, and lots of cafes, bakeries and bookshops within a 5 minute walk). St James Quarter is a 20 min walk away too.
It's a third floor flat (top floor) and fully furnished. The landlord is really nice, responsive and very quick to fix anything. (Much nicer than previous landlords I've had!). The flat has a pantry, lots of storage space, and is really bright and airy, getting lots of sunlight all year long.
Rent is £650 pcm and bills come to £139 per month (~£789 in total pcm)
Council tax Band B
Open to professionals and students if willing to contribute to council tax.
You would be sharing with my flatmate Lucy and her cat, Toast. He's a very friendly, chill cat and Lucy maintains anything to do with him so you wouldn't have to do anything except enjoy his company!
Lucy doesn't want to live with a man, and no couples please!
Message me if you're interested or have any questions at all :)
