We’re looking for a student to take over my room in Newington (South Clerk Street) from September onwards. Preferably, we’d like a postgraduate student. We require a UK guarantor (someone else who earns at least £26k a year).
The location is amazing with a 5 minute walk to groceries and 10 minute walk to the university. The bills are usually around £35 a month.
The flat has a kitchen, separate living room, shower and separate toilet. You’ll be living with 4 other girls (1x PhD, 1x masters, 2x undergrad), we’re all social and have flat dinners all the time :))
