Hello, we're currently looking for someone to take over a room in our 3 bedroom flat. Located on Gorgie Road, the flat is on the third floor and is really well connected by bus routes into town. For Council tax purposes the flat falls into band C.

The rent for the room would be £560 a month and available from the 4th of August. It's fully furnished and south facing so gets lots of sun! We’re ideally looking for someone who can stay on for a longer term basis. We are recent graduates, and as such it would be preferable for interested applicants to be willing to contribute to council tax.
