Lovely little double room for short term lets available in Leith. The bed is a trundle bed so it can come out and attach as two single beds together, separate or one single bed.

The flat is shared with me and my son (age 7) and one cat. So would suit someone laid back and child friendly!

I am a massage therapist and family support worker. At home we like to watch movies on the projector and play board games. The neighbour’s kid and my son’s friends often come over so it can get noisy but of course your room will be private, and you’re welcome to join in on the chaos.

I try to keep the flat clean and tidy, but the place is always going to be more ‘lived in’ with children around so it will suit someone who can be around some mess.

I am friendly and welcoming and will try to make your stay a happy one.
