Very close to nature with Saughton Park, Water of Leith, the Union Canal, Craiglockhart hill and Corstorphine hill being a short walk away. Several bus options 15mins into town, buses to West Lothian, 20mins walk to tram stops. Very suitable for all Napier campuses and Heriot-Watt students.
There's on-street unmarked permit parking.

Fully furnished with a double bed, huge wardrobe and other storage and a desk+chair.

Access to shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room with TV, loads of storage space.

About me:
I’m Ania, I just bought my first flat in 2025! I am a mental health nurse by profession working 9-5 and in my free time enjoy running, gym, singing in a choir and playing with my cat Ollie who's also going to be your flatmate! I enjoy a tidy and clean living space and like to decompress after work with netflix, YouTube, mindfulness meditation and reading.
I love music, gigs, festivals and spending time with friends in nature. I'm trying very hard not to sign up for a marathon next year!!

Non-negotiable in a flatmate:
Someone clean, responsible, respectful, non-smoker, a cat lover who wouldn't mind feeding Ollie when I'm away for a week(end). LGBTQ+ friendly. Not enough space for couples, unfortunately!
