Good motorway access and close to both Falkirk and Grangemouth. The room is quiet and has a rail for clothes, a tv and plenty of drawers/storage.
This houseshare is suitable for an independent individual. who is self-sufficient. The rent includes all amenities, including access to broadband and a washing machine. The house has a shared kitchen, shared living room and shared bathroom.

There is a full size Table Tennis table, 2 local shops walkable within 4 minutes and 2 large supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. Several gyms are available locally, canal walks and cycle routes are close by with The Canal Inn/The Mariner Bar and The Boardwalk are a short distance for a pint or a meal.
The house is non-smoking but there is a canopy outside if you do smoke.
Camelon train station is 14 mins walk.
M876/M9 motorways to Glasgow, Stirling and Edinburgh are closeby. There is parking available on a driveway and also on-street parking- the bus stop is less than 1 min walk and goes to Forth Valley Royal Hospital via Falkirk. (see detail below for hospital)
The tourist attraction The Falkirk Wheel is 5 minutes walk away - large playing fields and the Forth & Clyde canal are also close by.

Forth Valley Royal Hospital is approx 7 mins by car.,
Bus number 38 (20 minute walk from the house) - search First Bus timetable for 38. This is the quickest way to the hospital.
There are buses that leave from the top of Clarinda Avenue on Ochiltree Terrace - (1 minute from house) - but if you stay on it takes an hour to get to the hospital. If I am available I can give a lift for petrol money
Using a bus pass or a day ticket you can take a combination of the bus leaving Ochiltree Terrace - get off at Union Road for a shorter walk to the bus stop for the Number 38 bus which goes right into the hospital grounds - journey time approx 40 minutes.

Falkirk town centre is 6 minutes by car.
