You'd be joining two current flatmates (me) I work at roots and fruits just down the road and my flatmate is a Radiology student in his second year. The shared spaces like bathroom and kitchen/living room and kept clean and tidy. Rent is 650 a month, bills are around 35 a month and the council band is D.
