Hi, we’re looking for a new flatmate to take over a room in our 3 bedroom flat, with rent being £700 a month, everything included!
The room is a large double room, with plenty storage, a wardrobe and a double bed. The flat has a large living room, a bathroom with a bath and shower, a dining room and kitchen. It is situated near Glasgow University, the botanic gardens and only a few minutes walk to Byres Road.
We’re looking for someone who we can get along with, likes to hang out and cook, have a few drinks with. We are both working professionals so would be looking for someone similar.
We are looking for someone to move in by 11th of September. Looking forward to hearing from you!
