Spacious 3 bedroom flat in the West End of Glasgow. Looking for flatmates who like to socialise and hangout. There is a shared living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a carpark. The kitchen has a washing machine and dryer. We are only 5 mins walk from Kelvingrove Museum and Park, 15 mins walk from Glasgow University, and are near the SEC as well as lots of great pubs and restaurants. The flat is also close to the bus, subway, and low-level train for transport.
There are two double rooms available, both furnished with a bed, desk, built in wardrobe/drawers, mirror and large window.
The flat is Council Tax band F (£77 each per month), however I am looking to move in with two other students so that we will be council tax exempt from the start of my course in August.
I am social and enjoy group activities and nights out, but also appreciate the need for a calm, tidy space to come home to. I am currently working part-time as a bridal seamstress. I previously studied law at Glasgow Uni but am going back to study fashion technology at Cardonald College in August. I'm looking for flatmates who enjoy hanging out and having fun but we will also respect each other’s space and time to work and rest.
