About Us
We’re a friendly, health-focused household, passionate about yoga, Reiki, alternative therapies, and sustainable living. You’ll be joining:

A warm community-minded host with decades of wellness experience

An 11-year-old son living here partly, and my 19-year-old son occasionally visiting (with his own room).

I spent a lot of time traveling. I went to art school, I am a yoga therapist and coach with 30 yrs teaching experience , studied fashion design in cologne, we camp and love nature, I'm an international bestselling author and speaker, writing is what I do, we love food and are largely vegetarian (intuitarian), love tea not super keen on coffee, conversations are fostered, yet you will have space for yourself.
