We’re looking for a new flatmate to take one of the rooms in our 2-bedroom flat, as one of us is moving out.

The flat is right in the city centre, in a great location. Cowcaddens subway station is literally below the building, Sauchiehall Lane is just a 5-minute walk away, and Buchanan Bus Station is around 8 minutes on foot. Everything you need like shops, gyms, cafes and transport is close by.

The flat is bright and fully furnished. The available room has a bed and space for storage and desk with big windows. There’s a bathroom with both a shower and bathtub and a separate kitchen. The building is secure and well kept.

Rent is £600 per month.
Bills are not included.
Council Tax is Band A and will be shared.
Electricity is Band A.
WiFi is separate and split between us.

We’re looking for someone tidy, respectful, and happy to share the council tax and bills.
