flatmate moving out start of August and looking for someone to take over the tenancy.

fully furnished and decorated, spacious and very practical location for uni students. you have a choice between the two bedrooms.

public transport accessiblity (train station and bus stop less than 3 minutes away), lots of grocery stores and cafes in the surrounding area.

Will be taking over an agreement so references required - I am easy going and clean ! (the big room will be much cleaner moving out!)

Looking for anyone as I am incredibly social and easy going but respectful of space.

Suitable for students as its 15 min walk to glasgow uni

Gas and electricity are around 30-75 per person depending on month,
WiFi 150mbps in the house!
