One bedroom out of a two bedrom apartment for rent, it is in the heart of glasgow, near merchant city. Bills unfortunately are not included, stunning property with a decorative living space, shared bathroom but dont worry, I keep the place very clean! Communal garden area if you smoke! Im looking for someone clean and calm, I dont mind a house party but generally I prefer to keep things mellow. I will never bother you if you dont want but am always up for a chat! I am a young female so no tolerance for weird behaviour! Interviews will be conducted if thats okay, we can get a feel for one another. Pets arent allowed unless its like a fish or reptile, and the room has just been freshly painted! Council tax is band E, but I am a full time student so you wont have to worry. Also I listed myself as a smoker but I dont particularly like smoking inside. But what you do in your room is your own business.
