A double bedroom with basic furnishings located centrally in Dennistoun. We recently moved in this month and are still getting settled in and furnishing the place.

We are situated in a very convenient location, directly on Duke St. 5-15 minute walks to Lidl, Aldi, Iceland, Coop. 30-40 minute walk to the city center with convenient access to bus and train routes. We are also a 10-15 minute walk from the beautiful Alexandra Park.

Short-term lets of 1-2 months are £600. For longer stays of 3-6 months it is £500 a month. You would not be responsible for any bills. A deposit of £300 is required before moving in. This will be put into SafeDeposits Scotland and returned at the end of your stay.

No guarantor or a credit check will be necessary as this is a short-term stay, but proof of employment or bank statements showing your ability to pay will be helpful if you wish to stay for long. Long-term stays may be considered in the future.
