Hello, my current flatmate/best friend is due to move out in July/August to move in with her boyfriend, dates can be flexible if we find the right person sooner. It’s a 2 bedroom, old council tenement 2nd floor/top flat, spacious hallway which leads to kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and spacious living room. I currently have a chinchilla and a tortoise that lives in the flat so I am not allowed any more pets. It’s a private landlord so rent would be split between myself and the new flatmate. Rent is currently £400 each but with bills on top it estimates at just under £600 per month each. There is parking outside the property and is close to Kirkintilloch Main Street. Great access to amenities, leisure centre and travel routes into Glasgow city with the bus stop just outside the flat and Lenzie train station is a 7 minute drive/25minute walk away.

Ideally looking for someone that is respectful, good sense of humour, animal lover, lgbtq+ or ally.

My current flatmate is happy to leave her bed and the room comes with built in, sliding door, mirrored wardrobes.

A little about me: I’m open minded to short term but my preference would be for a longterm flatmate. I work in the veterinary industry as a veterinary care assistant and I am also an actor so I can be working long days and sometimes overnight so looking for someone that’s comfortable with me coming home late, etc. I also do comedy improvisation so I’ve got a good sense of humour and generally laid back so looking for someone likeminded. I am bisexual and my neighbour is also queer so would love to hear from other lgbtq+ people.

Kitchen, bathroom and living room would be shared, Wi-Fi is with Sky and property is Council Tax B.
