Shared use of office space so would suit mature student or someone wanting work from home space that's separate from their bedroom. I don't have shared WiFi will consider getting on mutual agreement.

Quiet area, well connected by bus, rail, cycle routes and road. All amenities nearby. 5 miles from city centre/school of art, 2 miles Glasgow uni.

Garden with shed for bicycles.

Friends/family welcome/visit but not a party house. We have a rescue cat who's friendly.

Prefer a Uk student lodger, any ethnicity. I had difficulties returning lodgers deposit to an international student and international banking charges, time and emotional labour impact took its toll. Also need a lodger to have a UK based contact to provide who I can return deposit to if needed.
