Less than a 15 minute walk from Buchanan Galleries, Sauchiehall Street, Aldi, Tesco and Buchanan Bus Station so great for someone that does not drive but parking is available if needed. WiFi is £9.80 a month and electricity is £33 a month so with bills included the cost of living here only comes out to £592.80 so super affordable.

5-10 minute walk from City of Glasgow College, Strathclyde University and Glasgow Caledonian University so perfect for students. Would be better for a student to live here for council tax so you’re not left paying it on your own as the other girls are students. Females only.
