We have an affordable space available for rent -a spacious loft master bedroom with plenty of leg room, a table and private shower room in Newbury Park which is available immediately.

The master bedroom would suit a couple or two females with no pets -ideally, we are looking for people to fit in easily with our Hindu Bengali family traditions, cultural values and life at home. So having an open and accepting mind is a must.

Important House rules include: no alcohol. cigarettes, vaping, or recreational drugs also no beef is allowed in the house.

The room and shower room are £800.00 per month for a couple or £600.00 for a single person with all bills included.

Amenities are within 5 minutes' walking distance, and everything is very close by, so the location really is a fantastic and convenient place to live.

We also have four large and main supermarkets nearby: Aldi, Lidl Sainsbury’s, and Nisa. We also have Asian groceries, a discounted grocery store, and two B&M’s on our doorstep. There is also a handy post office, dry cleaners, hairdressers, and barbers, two retail parks, two pharmacies, two parks with a playground, and a farm with horses to unwind in.

Also, we have a back garden with a pond and bench to relax in : )
A GP surgery, diabetic center. children's centers are only a stone’s throw away across the road.

The area also has McDonald’s, restaurants, a fish and chip shop, and a few cafes.

We are conveniently on the central line & only a 30 min ride away from central London. The tube station and bus stops to local shopping centers in Ilford/Romford are also within 10 minutes and in walking distance of the house.

It is a very lovely & convenient location to live in : )
