Close to Tesco, Aldi, and a Polish shop (though that one is pricey).
The room is spacious; I’ll add photos later. Several people live in the house, including two Poles. The atmosphere is quite friendly, and the place is reasonably clean.
It has everything you need: fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, etc. There is a garden out back (no lawn) where you can hang out laundry.
It’s quiet in the house—no parties—and the room is warm.
Bills included.
Monthly payments; 2 weeks' rent in advance.
Looking for someone who is employed and tidy (no wild parties—everyone here likes to sleep at night). Naturally, everyone cleans up after themselves, but it’s good to share chores to keep the place clean.
