Hello!

I will shortly have a available a freshly decorated and fully furnished double room in my 2-bedroom home on the outskirts of Capel St Mary. The room is carpeted, with a wardrobe and a bedside table.

My home is in the Saxon Meadow new build development area. The building works have finished, meaning it is beautifully quiet, rural and clean! Saxon Meadow is an extremely friendly and welcoming community, and I am lucky enough to have peaceful, good natured and approachable neighbours.

Ipswich is only a 5-minute drive from Capel St Mary and Manningtree train station is approximately 10 minutes too. This is a great place to live if you work locally, or commute into London.

I am a teacher at a local secondary school, meaning I work Monday to Friday during the day and I am mostly at home during the evenings and weekends.

I am looking for a quiet, respectful, tidy, professional non-smoking housemate.

You will rent the room only, but you will have access to the shared bathroom and kitchen. There is a garage present at the property. Should you wish to use the garage this can be arranged.

The rental price is inclusive of all bills, including electricity, gas, water, council tax and WIFI.
