Downstairs - Large kitchen and dining room. Also, a large cellar which is in the process of becoming a home cinema /entertainment room. Also a spacious patio garden with a swing.

Upstairs - newly refurbished shower and large bath and a cozy single room (taken)

House is in a desirable location, bus stops, post office, local spar, take-out shops, pubs, hairdressers, post office and the University of Cumbria all within a 2-minute walk, only a 10-15 minutes walk to the town center and hospital, 15-20 minutes walk to the train station.
