I’m pleased to offer a shared 2-bedroom apartment at Bastion Point on Oriel Street, Liverpool.

The development was completed in 2024 so the property is still in excellent condition and has been well looked after. It’s a modern apartment in a very convenient location, close to Liverpool city centre and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, bars, universities and transport links.

I’m looking for a genuine tenant who is clean, respectful and will look after the apartment properly. I’m a private landlord and like to keep things simple and straightforward. If you look after the property, pay the rent on time and communicate properly, I’m more than happy to do the same from my side.

A few basic requirements

The rent needs to be paid on time each month.

The apartment should be kept clean and looked after.

No smoking or vaping inside.

No parties or excessive noise.

No Airbnb, subletting or short-term letting.

Anyone else staying at the property on a regular basis should be agreed with me first.

Please be respectful of neighbours and the communal areas.

Any problems with the property should be reported as soon as possible so they can be dealt with properly.

No alterations or decorating without discussing it with me first.

I’m not trying to make the tenancy complicated, these are just basic expectations so that both the tenant and landlord can have a good experience.

The apartment is available from 2 September 2026.

Rent: £1,100 per calendar month (£550) per room.
