The flat has a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped. You’ll share the main bathroom with just one other housemate.

The building has a 24-hour concierge and security, as well as a co-working space, bookable meeting room for hosting, onsite gym (there’s a pure gym next door if you want something more equipped) parcel storage, 2x bike stores and roof terrace.

Residents of the building are very friendly, with regular events including games nights every couple of weeks. There’s no pressure to join, but they’re there if that’s your sort of thing.

The flat is really well connected. Seven Sisters station is right outside, with Victoria line and Overground services, and South Tottenham Overground is around a 5-minute walk away. It’s a very easy commute into central or East London.

Currently two of us in the flat, both in our early 30s. Arnold works as a software engineer and Ade in marketing, we both go into the office around 2–3 days a week.

We’re sociable, friendly and easy-going, but also appreciate having our own space from time to time. We’re looking for someone with a similar vibe who’s happy to hang out occasionally but is equally comfortable doing their own thing.
