Leaving the UK for work and sadly have to give up my room in a beautiful Victorian house I’ve loved living in. Looking for someone to take it over and live with Daniel, my lovely housemate — a researcher at Imperial.

The place has everything you need: proper separate kitchen, nice living room, dishwasher, washing machine, the lot. Good-sized rooms, lots of light, classic Victorian feel.

Location is the best part. 3 minutes to Tesco, straight onto Northcote Road (all the cafés, pubs and weekend markets right there), 11 minutes walk to Clapham Junction, plus Northern line access.

£1,120/month + bills.
