We have a spare room in Bethnal green, with 4 medical students aged 22-23 living here.

Rent would be £870 per month, with bills around £50 per month. We currently don't pay council tax as we are students, so if you work, you would have to pay this. This would be around £120 per month.

We have a lovely large living room and dining table. 2 bathrooms, one shower.

We will be at placements most days during the week, so would work if someone had a 9-5 or if you were also a student.

We are all clean, sociable and considerate flatmates who enjoy eating some meals together and playing cards/games/ going out.
