Spare double bedroom in my 2-bed flat on Streatham Hill, available now for 3–6 months.

The flat is on the 4th floor (small lift available, though please note it’s not suitable for anyone with limited mobility). Large living room with big windows and great views, small kitchen, one shared bathroom, and access to a large shared garden. Extra storage in the garage too. A new fridge is being installed this week.

The 417 bus stops right outside, with easy links to Crystal Palace and Clapham Common.

The room: Double bedroom, and I can bring a wardrobe out of storage if needed.

Bills: All included in the rent.

Deposit: £900.

About the flat: I work at a garden centre and I’m usually pretty busy — running, out and about. I’m looking for someone easy-going to share a home with, not a party house. Guests are fine, just be considerate. Single occupancy only, and unfortunately no pets due to allergies.

Happy for someone who works from home or not.
