Available immediately due to an unexpected change in move-in arrangements. We're looking for someone who can take over my place on the existing joint tenancy at short notice.
The lettings agent(Winkworth) will need to complete the usual referencing and approval process before the tenancy transfer can take place.
We are particularly interested in someone with stable employment/income who is ready to proceed promptly and who understands and is comfortable with a joint tenancy arrangement.

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely, spacious, new build three bedroom flat, right between Manor House and Finsbury Park tube stations. The flat is on the third floor with a lift.
- Less than a 5 min walk to Manor House
- 10 mins to Finsbury Park station
The room's a good size and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and bookshelf. I'll be taking the desk, but I'm happy to leave my Amazon office chair if you'd like it.
There's a large window overlooking the back of the building, so it's bright with lots natural light and has great views of the London skyline. It's also quiet and makes working from home easy.
The flat itself has a large open plan kitchen and living room, with lots of space to cook or hang out together.
We also have a huge balcony at the front that overlooks Finsbury Park and shared access to a rooftop, again with great views of the city.
One of the other bedrooms has an en-suite too so you'd only share a bathroom with one other housemate.
Housemates
My two housemates, Chahat and Vinay, are both really friendly, easy going people. Chahat, 29, works in public health and Vinay 26, is studying for a master's degree.
They both enjoy cooking, RuPaul's Drag Race, theatre, cinema and getting out into nature. We've all got on really well and it's been a pretty sociable flat, but there's also been plenty of respect for each other's space and downtime.
• Move in date: ASAP
• Rent is £1,165 per month
• Deposit is £1,346.33
• Bills are separate: around £170
Please note that it'd take up to 10 working days for the lettings agent to process the replacement.
If you'd like to know more or arrange a viewing, send me a message with a little bit about yourself and an expected move in date.
