Looking for a flatmate to join me in this stunning flat in Dalston.

I've lived in the building for 5 years now and its truly a great place to live.

The flat is very modern in design, the building is eco-optimised and always warm, the rooftop is an attraction of its own and it's just 2 minutes away from Dalston Junction overground, and a nice stroll away from Shoreditch.

The flat is kept at a great condition. I get a cleaner in at least once a week (that I pay on my own - you won't have to pay). I occasionally will invite a friend over but this is not a party house - it's an overall laid back situation (no hard rules, just mutual respect to guide the cohabitation).
