Me and my friend Maisie have just signed a contract for a 3bd flat in Brixton, so we are looking for a third house mate. It’s just 5 mins away from the station and is in a relatively modern apartment block. The move in date is October 18th, and rent is £1,070 (exl bills). As it’s close to the high st there are plenty of shops near by (Sainsbury’s, M&S, Aldi etc).

We both like being out and about and going for a coffee or a drink or two at the pub, so would love to have a housemate who does too! Please get in contact if you think you’d be a good fit :)
