Hello,
I am leaving my room on top of Stags Head Hoxton on the 2nd floor in Hoxton and I am looking for someone to take it from 20/7/2026 to 1/8/2026.
No deposit just pay me £240. Landlord knows about this and there is a pub manager who lives in the building if you need anything.
There is a garden and a balcony.
Quiet you cant hear the noise from the pub just the music when there is a live.
You can watch football downstairs or attend a live or simply have a drink.
Central, very close to Haggerston train station.
There is a washing machine & dryer.
Common shower (between 4 people) and toilet (between 6 people). People have different schedules so its never been a problem. You also have the toilets in the pub you can use.

Room comes with mini fridge, microwave and kettle. Desk & Gaming Chair. No communal kitchen.

Housemates are quiet in their own rooms and respectful.
