I'm a 32-year-old female professional originally from Germany but have been living in London for the past 5 years. My current flatmate has to move back home so I am looking for someone to take her room instead. I like to keep my flat clean and always try to be considerate of the person I live with and I am looking for someone who feels the same way.

The flat is located in a beautiful area between Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath and within a short walking distance from the Belsize Pk, Swiss Cottage and Finchley Road stations. Water is included in the rent.
