Our wonderful flatmates are moving to Lemington Spa so we have a double room available from mid June.
We're looking for a couple (or individual) to take over a huge unfurnished double room (although the current tenants might be looking to sell some on).
Located in London Bridge, only an 8 minute walk to the station, a plethora of bars and restaurants basically on the doorstep and obviously amazing connections to most of London.
The room is lovely and bright, getting lots of sunlight 🌞 (as does the rest of the flat). It has multiple double windows and high ceilings.
We split rent income proportionally so the current rate of the room is £1647/month (between 2) and bills between 4 of us currently come to around £115. Deposit is £1200.
With regards to accessibility, there is one step onto the property (ground floor flat). There is a gate before a short gravel path. We have a doorknocker (no ring camera or buzzer)
You will be living with me, Charlotte (32 she/her) a SEND teaching assistant, I'm British (mixed English and Indian) and Milan (31 she/her) an art psychotherapist from Jamaica. I am out all week for work and Milan works from home 2 days a week. We are both bi, and are a very queer friendly household.
We're a friendly, chilled pair but do enjoy hanging out together in the flat some evenings, eating dinner together, watching tv, having a glass of wine etc. There is no pressure to be sociable all the time (we are frequently very tired after work!) but we would ideally like to find people who would also like to spend some time together. We're not a party flat but friends are welcome. We keep a fairly clean flat and prioritise respect of each other.
We'd be looking for people 28+ who are friendly and respectful.
