This room is large and painted in white, with real wood flooring and furniture. One of the walls is made of sliding glass overlooking big private patio- for your own use only:)
Whenever sun is out you will have it in this room. Amazing feature for summer sunny days, "al fresco" dining ;) or just chilling with a book.

Flat is simple, yet cosy and clean. It has a big, equipped kitchen that doubles as a living space so it actually feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep. Also You would have separate fridge in the kitchen just for your own use :)
There are 2 bathrooms in the flat: upstairs with bathtub/ shower, wash basin and toilet and additional downstairs loo with hand wash and WC, to share only with 2 people.

It's not a party flat, more of a calm, easy and very friendly atmosphere.
We do not smoke and are looking for non smoker too.
Current flatmates are easy going, polite, considerate, working professionals, who are out for work most of days. They also know how to respect others privacy.

Flat is located in a sought after area with amazing transport links to all London areas. Just a few min walk to buses and Caledonian tube station- Piccadilly line and Overground.
Plenty of cafes, shops near by. Gyms, cinema, theatre, parks. Award winning Caravan Roastery Cafe just2min away ;) and few fancy backeries in walking distance.
10min bike or bus ride to Camden and cool Kings Cross hosting events every weekend. Easy access to beautiful Hampstead Heath for nature fix.

Upon successful agreement we will need security deposit of £950 and another £950 the day you move in for a month upfront.
