Require 2 months rent up front for singe room =. £960, and Id checks and work references / maybe bank statement to see enough money coming in. Every month rent is £480. Thanks
6 months to 1 year stay + ideal and for someone healthy and no addictions / drugs / medication etc.. No issues with the police etc.. normally September to September so 6 months min ideally or a rolling contract for eg every two months.
Normally I ask some questions:
1. How long you wish to stay,
2. Your exact job / studies,
3. Age,
4. If you are healthy / smoke / drink / drugs.
5. Full name, gender
6. We may require a guarantor for the rent.
7. If you cook in or eat out mostly or a mixture.
8. What county are you from, (languages spoken) as some tenants want people to practice / speak English with. In the past we have had people from all over Europe, Africa and South Asia.
9. Ideal move in date,
Thanks
