I’m looking for someone to take over my current flatmate’s room from 16th August in my lovely two-bedroom flat in M1, just a short walk from the Northern Quarter, Ancoats, and Manchester City Centre.
The room is a spacious, fully furnished double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, and the flat is in an amazing location if you work or enjoy spending time in the city.
📍 Location
The flat is located in the heart of Manchester, with everything you need on your doorstep. The Northern Quarter, Ancoats, Piccadilly, cafés, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gyms and excellent transport links are all within walking distance.
The building also has a free residents’ gym, which is a great bonus.

The flat is modern, clean and well looked after, with a comfortable shared living area and kitchen. It’s a lovely place to come home to after work while still being close to everything Manchester has to offer.
👋 About Me
You’ll be living with me! I’m a woman in my mid-20s and work in fashion. I’m also part of the LGBTQ+ community.
I’m friendly, easy-going and like keeping the flat clean, cosy and welcoming. I love reading (mostly fiction and fantasy), trying new cafés, bars and restaurants, travelling, shopping (Occupational Hazard😅), spending time with friends, and love a chilled night in.
I’m sociable and always happy to chat or grab a coffee or a pint.

Ideally, you’ll be:

* Friendly, respectful and considerate
* Someone who likes keeping shared spaces clean and enjoys a relaxed home environment

💷 Costs
PER PERSON:
* Rent: £725 per month
* Deposit: £836.50
* Wi-Fi: approximately £15–20 per month
* Council Tax: approximately £96.50 per month
* Electricity: approximately £50 per month
* Water: approximately £48.45 per month (shared bill)
* Tenancy/reference fee: £200
So essentially we pay about 200 in bills and 725 in rent per person currently
