A clean, modern, spacious house. 2 min walk to the train station and main bus routes to MCR Centre. The train takes 6 mins to Manchester Piccadilly / bus about 20 mins to university & city centre.

Very calm and considerate household. If you are studying/working and need a peaceful house, this would be suitable. Very easy-going. We would be away for around 3/5 months a year, so you would have the house to yourself.

Please get in touch. Also, students of Dr Swamy PLAB courses are welcome.

Both rooms have been recently refurbished, and everything will be ready for the 1st September 2026. Sanded floors and freshly painted walls. Fair usage bills are included.
