Fully furnished (with my furniture not the landlords) but can take out the furniture if you don't want it and want to get yourself new stuff or have stuff to bring.

King size bed (I would recommend getting a new mattress, there is currently a double mattress on it)
You would have the main bathroom.
Shared kitchen and living area.

Current bills for me and my flatmate (this may change slightly when the landlord gives us a new contract as it’s joint liability)
Bills are currently £235 each (Electric, water, council tax, tv license, wifi).
There is a deposit required, previously it was £635. It may be slightly higher once the landlord gives us a new contract.
There are curtains and a lampshade also up in the room now.

Looking for someone who's social, but likes a night in watching tv/movies too.
