Hi! I am looking for a new roommate from the end of September as my current flatmate is sadly moving away :( I have lived here for 2 years now and love it, so would ideally like to stay.

The flat is based in New Islington, £700 per month (just under 900 with bills), really quick and easy to walk into town and a 5 min walk to tram stop if needed. Kitchen/living room is super spacious with a large balcony. You’d have a double room with your own bathroom. The building also comes with a 24/7 security and a gym.

I work full time in the city centre in recruitment, so professionals only please, no students. Ideally, I would also want someone around my age (25). In my spare time I enjoy wholesome nights in, cooking & films but also loveee going our for drinks and food. It’s quite a girly flat atm which I love 💗 I have lived in Manchester for 7 years so I’m pretty comfortable here and happy to do my own thing, but also would love to live with someone I can socialise and make friends with :))
