Really bright room looking out onto our small garden/patio. Double bed, desk with drawers, wardrobe. Has a nice electric fireplace that emits a lot of heat (as well as central heating of course!)

Approx 20 minute walk to the main UOM campus, 5 minute walk onto the Curry Mile (just down the street), 10 mins to MRI Hospital.

You’d be sharing with 7 students going into their 2nd year of study. A friendly and chill group who would be happy to hang out or leave you to your own devices. Genuinely lovely people. 6 are LGBTQ+.

Great house & location, shame I’m having to move out due to personal circumstances so looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
