There is a room available until 1st June and then again from 28th August (back upstairs bedroom, all white walls in photos). Please do say which you'd want!

I own the house and live here so I’m looking for someone who wants to be part of a community, sees keeping the bills low as a team effort and is quiet at bed time.

I usually have people just moving to the area and who want to find their bearings before committing to something longer term. Of these, about 50% of people end up staying.

A good match in my head is someone who likes the allotment, the chinning bar (and 20 other gym things around the place) and a game of Cards Against Humanity.

I've stated that I want an English speaker because I'd like less spam/ copy paste and more genuine interaction. As long as you've understood what I'm looking for and can respond to that, I don't actually care about English proficiency.
