Hello my names Brandan and I’m looking to leave my joint tenancy contract before it starts as I don’t believe I’ll be able to move on with university.

This student house features a lot of things you wouldn’t find at a student accomodation which consists of a clean environment, amenities scaled up that are included with the rent pricing and also your own room that you can do whatever in.

Overall it is a lovely area and the people are also nice however I don’t think I’ll be able to continue at university and so I’m looking for a replacement.
