About the house:
The house has a garage, internet, and free street parking directly in front of the property.

We have a very large living room and kitchen, as well as a spacious outdoor area which is perfect for socialising, having a BBQ, or simply relaxing in the sun.

Downstairs, there is a separate toilet, together with all the main shared areas.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a main bathroom. You would only be sharing the bathroom with one couple.

The house also has an excellent heating system, including underfloor heating, making it very comfortable during the colder months.

We like to keep the house clean, tidy and organised, so we are looking for someone who also values a clean and respectful home environment.

About the room:
It’s a furnished double en-suite room. I originally chose this room for myself, so it comes with a high-quality bed and mattress. However, I’ve now decided to take the smaller room and rent this one out.
