Hi everyone, I’m looking for a flatmate for a room in Shieldfield (NE2 1XX) — a 2-bed, 1-bath, 1-kitchen flat — literally next door to Northumbria University.

Move-in: October/November

The flat is in a great location, especially if you’re a student or work around the city center. My current flatmate is moving out, and he made a video of the flat, so you can have a look here:

I’m currently a PhD student and would be happy to show you around the house if you’re interested.

Ideally, I’d prefer to live with someone who is vegetarian, mainly because of shared kitchen arrangements.
