I am looking for a flatmate to share a 2-bed flat - 5 mins walk from Newcastle train station.

Single bedroom with bathroom (shower, sink, towel rail, toilet).

Shared kitchen/dining/living room with a washing machine.

Bills not included - wifi, electric and council tax. (sharing Bills 50/50).

Looking for a quiet and clean housemate. No large gatherings or parties.

I work full time at Newcastle University. I haven’t been in Newcastle long but I'm happy to show you my favourite spots so far!
