The house has a modern kitchen with an island and plenty of space to actually cook, a separate utility room, and a downstairs WC as well as the main bathroom. Fully kitted out: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and all the pots, pans and kitchen bits you’ll need. But feel free to bring your own.

Room out back to park your car or can park on street as well.

Work from home and then on site visits every now and then for a few days.

Spend most afternoons at the gym and then bouldering, tennis, paddle on the evenings occasionally.

Pretty easy going and always down for a pint. Just be clean and considerate and that’ll be cushty - and don’t sit in my spot.

Only ask is if you smoke please go outside other than that don’t mind much.
