My housemate and I are looking for a kind, sociable, courteous, clean and tidy housemate to occupy my master bedroom.

The property includes a kitchen, living room, conservatory (currently set up as a dining and study space), garage and garden - all of which you would have access to.
All bills, including council tax, are included in the monthly rent except electricity and gas which are to be paid separately on a monthly basis.
