We're looking for a postgraduate / doctorate student to share the house, who'd like to live somewhere clean, civilised and companionable. The monthly rental is £750, which includes all applicable bills except fuel (gas and electricity) which works out c.£30-40 per person per month. The room's available from 1 September for twelve months or longer.
