I’m ideally looking for a mature student (PhD or Master) to take the room. Sorry, NO PET, NO SMOKING, SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY.



The candidate must be clean, tidy and considerate along with being social so that we can maintain the harmony in the flat.
