We have a double room available for rent in our flat in Jericho, and are looking for someone to move in from 1st June 2026.
We're situated in a vibrant part of Oxford with lots of great cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Port Meadow and the canal are on the doorstep, and it's a 10–15 minute walk to the train station. The property itself is in a really quiet spot which makes for a very peaceful stay.
The room available is fully furnished, spacious, with a double bed, natural light and a huge built-in wardrobe for storage. It also has access to a spacious shared bathroom, shared with only one person.
The rent is £860 per month. Bills are approximately £80/month per person (electricity and water), and council tax is around £80/month per person. There is a security deposit of £800. The next annual rent increase is expected in July 2026.
The flat is spacious and modern, with a large communal kitchen/lounge and a balcony.
You'll be joining Alan, Ash, and Andrea, who are all professionals/academics working in publishing, law, and philosophy. Between us, we enjoy cycling, running, reading, attending talks, travel, and watching TV shows. We're looking for a flatmate who is outgoing and friendly, as well as tidy and considerate :)
The property is managed by Lucy Properties who have treated us fantastically well.
