Hi.

My husband and I are looking to rent out our furnished double bedroom - all bills included. The room has a double bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress.

We are a friendly couple who enjoy a chat but also who respect your space. We are looking for someone who goes out to work and who has their own hobbies/activities.

We enjoy playing board games, watching movies, going to the theatre, reading, going for walks along the coastal path, meeting up with friends. We sometimes have friends round for dinner and or games nights. You would be welcome to join us.

James gets up at 6.00am on weekdays to get to work early. He works at a college in Cornwall. I work as a psychotherapist from home 3 days a week and in a school for 2 days/week. We have a very loving 11 year old dog who looks like a black lab but is a German Shepherd cross. He is very quiet and friendly. We are looking for a lodger who is happy to be around dogs and doesn't mind the dog being around if they are in the kitchen.
